There is a network of Anganwadi centers and there is a kind of homegrown traditional midwife and midwife knowledge. These are in public hospitals. In UP, I mean sooner or later everywhere has got to be a cesarean. It's not just about South India anymore. So sort of all of these are coming together to create this challenge in India.
