How Do You Win the Argument in the Mainstream?

How do you get the big practices, who are doing all the new london vernacular stuffs, to be won over by your arguments in favor of ornament and color? I'm not advocating for polycromy but i am advocating for a sor of greater diversity in terms of visual effect and ornamentation. So i i give talks to practices.
