How to Set Up a Culture of Prayer in a Small Group

The leader of a small group at this point plays a crucial role to set up the good habit and also the cultural prayer in that group. It's important I think for leaders to communicate to their group members that actually what we want to achieve is genuine heartfelt prayers to God rather than just trying to impress one another or trying to appease the guilt within.
