i think opec is close to out of their spare capacity, and have thought that for a little while. en they've overtime, as they sort of had this deal over the last 18 months, they've materially underproduced relative to their quota. And so i think there's a lot of pressure on them to reduce their production. I see a risk a oil going a lot higher in an under supplied environment. tan thisa crisis may be accentuating that.
