I think sometimes one needs to call it by its proper name. That sense that they feel that the world they can change is shrinking all the time or rather because the world feels out of control to them. And so I do think there's this kind of narrowing of what they want to impact on and what theywant to transform. The only thing that we can change if we can change anything is our language, says Foucault.
