Jeffrey Tischford opened his first coffee shop in 2009. He says he didn't know if it was going to work, but the success of great Tischford Street was great. But after two children were born, he decided not to open any more shops until they were safe and secure. So when Christian was one year old, he told Jeffrey: "I'm going to open a second shop now" And so we found the second site in East Castle Street - perfect rent, ratio for me.
