The First Officer Says, Auto Thrust Is Out
Shortly after take off, there were some knocks recorded on the cockpit voice recorder. At eight 26 and 36 seconds, the e p r for engine number two started dropping from one point six, nine, to one point three four. The first officer let out an exclamation, and over the next few seconds, the plane started rolling to the right at about three degrees per second. They think that the auto throttles may be kicking in and messing with the the throttle, so they're trying to disable it,. And you'll bring them back up.
