How Do You Create a New Bible Translation?

Every translation is an interpreation, isn't it? It's not possible to completely theologically separate yourself when you come to translatioture. With a whole lot of translation, there's no dispute. And all the translations say the same stuff. We're just talking about a comparative minority of difficult passages or disputed ones. The king james translators love to show people the video from a couple years ago where they were going back and forth about how we translate the greek words that are often glossed slave.
