Are You Competing With the Budget?
Amanda: I always look at it as two competitors. There's who you're going to be compared against. The who are you actually like? You look like this company. Then there's who are you competing with for the budget? And that's oftentimes not a who, but a what? Kyle: How do we understand how to sell against status quo? Amanda: We were commercial high velocity type sale to where half the deals close in quarter. So usually it's that should be you're dealing with. Lastly, it was training and coaching platform.
