I'm a Head Instructor, I Can't Be Beaten With Strength, Right?
I think my goal as an instructor, it needs to shift more towards the, their development so that they can, you know, get to a different level. It's better to just have an attitude like, you know what, I'm the head instructor. I'm mortal. So let me help, let me help you with my knowledge and let's have some more technical roles because I'm not here to prove anything to you. If we go strength for strength, I can't really win this battle necessarily,. And I want to be able to roll until I'm 60 or 70.
