Work related stress and exposure to sychazards is something that doesn't really contribute to accidents, right? It just leads to people feeling stressed and am, you know, not their usual self. You can't have people that you put inder that much psychological stress in charge of really big, dangerous, important things. Wold yait reduce a grown adult to just sobbing? Yes. And then it's even a guorilla war,. i think i james calind the term that just a gerilla war got him into trouble. But if you utilize your resources well,  you can actually come from coming down from the hills and fight indefinitely.
