How to Lead a Team: The Anti-Patterns Edition

So last episode I was trying to convince you guys why you needed to read the software engineering at Google book and I had talked about leadership anti-patterns or how to lead a team. The idea here is trusting your team and their abilities and their past experiences to be able to do whatever it is that you need to ask so don't micromanage what you know if you give if you give someone on your team a task like trust that they're gonna figure it out.
