The first thing I want you to do is do an intake. And these are the three questions that you're going to ask yourself. What can I feasibly get rid of with very little pain? That's question number one. What canI get rid of that will hurt, but I'm willing to endure the pain? And what do I want to keep, even though it causes me pain? Okay? So first question for myself, and we just went through my calendar and anything that was not super important, we hacked it out of my calendar.
