Why Yale Isn't Getting Hired?

Clarence thomas went to yale, but was not hired by any of the high end law firms. Instead he took a low paid job with jack danforth, the republican attorney general of missouri. He has made a big deal about how he got into law because he wanted to join the crusade for civil rights. This is very untrue and i can't say this was a high point in my life.
