We knew everybody had this motor pattern that they could execute on a person's other dive because they all knew how to stop. So we started by changing the angle of the terrain, having them grind on like a little like one foot high, burn of snow and just do a hockey stop there. That's a grind or a slash depending on the angle of your body. We figured is by teaching them a handful of these new movements, they would be able to creatively interpret the terrain features.
