I Have Childhood Nostalgia
I came from a house where my mom could not cook. She was a vegetarian and she was also afraid of foodborne illness. So when she did cook meat, she would cook it to death. If you haven't had a series of red on there, well done pork chops from the toaster oven boy, you're not living because they were just so dry. Just completely no moisture left in them.
