Do You Want to Be a Power Lifter?
I want to focus on non competition lifts, such as the overhead press and chin up. But sometimes there is a value in competing a lot in the power and olympic cliffs. I also recognize that i should re develop my work capacity support my next phase of hi park trivy training but i'm worried about chasing too many rabbits. Ill i would say, for depends on how many times a year you lift. And ifhe, if something just came up, like a small regional mink, he might not even really prep prep for that.
