Clarence Hicks is a Baltimore man who takes animals off the streets and turns them into smelly ingredients for perfume, fertilizer. He says he sees dogs differently now that they're not in plastic bags but still running around. "I'm just going to remember what those dogs in the back of your truck look like," Mr. Hicks tells CNN's Ira Glass.
