Wafa's Suffering

The idea was to turn ordinary people into drone operators who could target some one far away. They would have a choice about whether to shoot, and you could see the human being on the other end. Wafa's suffering would be visible. In some ways, wafa was attempting to do what civil disobedience movements around the world have done. He was deliberately putting himsel in harm's way in order to draw attention to a problem and effect change. So it's not one place. It is almost global.
