How to Be a Successful CTO in a Startup
I think the challenges tend to be the same, whether it's a startup or more of an established organization. In a startup, we have the advantage of being able to pivot a little bit more quickly as soon as we identify an issue. But what I find in a lot of organizations is that there's really a need for some sort of direction. And one of the big areas that I focus on with my clients is being able to tie the technology that we're building or implementing to a business need.
