"Can we let it be ok to be uncomfortable? And i think that if we don't choose that conscious y, we'e gin to create a world that provides a lot of discomfort," Shane says. "I could feel the part of me that's like, wants to stop my swirling belly, wants it to go away", he adds. 'If i'm not thoughtful, i'll go distract myself and try to numb it out,' she continues. "'You're going into something unknown. You don't really know what this is like.' That's the intelligence of my fear."
