How to Shut Down a Wallet on a Transaction Bot

Bull Bitcoin doesn't have a custodial wallet by default. So if at any given time you want to shut down the wallet, you just literally just send all their funds to their on-chain address and just say, fuck it, I'm done, I'm out. But in this case, you can't do that and say on transaction bot. They're like sitting on users withdrawing their lightning funds, and then sometimes they don't have liquidity to their node or to their other custodial wallet because people just hot potato between custodial wallets seems.
