The Market Is Still in a Confirmed Uptrend
The market has been extended. It's been a very powerful rally over the last month. Having some type of pullback either to the 10 day moving average or even the 21 day moving average is completely normal here. The healthy markets have the 200 down here, the 50 above that, the 21 and then the 10. So we've had 60% of the days this year, new highs are exceeding new lows. We're in that spot where things are almost too good and you get a little nervous.
