Time Blocking

I always knew that there is some value in what time blocking is. But just not in the way that everyone is taught it or how it's promoted on the internet. At least not from my perspective. And so I wanted to understand what people thought of it as well as like see what people said and a lot of people were like, oh, well, I just do these things and these things and that thing and this thing. That doesn't make sense.
