'Chanstor Theft'

A trooper contacted the man's parole officer to form him of the incident. When confronted the man admitted to being with the woman, but said it was only ever a date. Then she started demanding money that he refused to pay, which led her to, quote, get mad and holla rape. Parole officer wasn't convinced by his story, there was nothing more he could do. That month, the parole officer appeared in court to testify against the man after he was caught stealing a chain saw from a super store. The presiding judge decided not to take the parole officer's testimony into consideration. He did, however, listen intently when the defendant politely read out a statement to the court
