LLM in Conversational AI, Chat Bot, and Voice Systems?

We've been looking a lot at the role of large language models in conversational AI, chat bot, and voice systems as well. The concept emerging from certain circles is that the core conversation would still be an intent-based conversation based on that older kind of methodology. So I think what we are going to see is an LLM that exists for a company. It has a database of things. Like it has the website where they've written all their facts that it can pull from.
