What Are Some of the Things That Played Out Differently?

I actually think the bet on the individual market was a really strong one. The consumerism that underpins it, people are voting with their feet. You don't have these entrenched employer relationships. Folks can remain with a plan for a long time if they like the network and the services being provided. And I expect in the long term will prove out to be right.
