I think many of us experience different privileges around the expression of anger, right? For those of us who are most suppressed, our anger is always red as violence or as threat against dominant cultures. So for me, I think my anger really kind of turned into passive aggressiveness where I could hide my expression of anger. By the time I got into my twenties and started doing this work, you know, around understanding my mind and body, I really began to understand that like it just wasn't a healthy expression of Anger. And so what I trained to do was to move from a space of reactivity into a space of responsiveness,. That's the way I take care of the hurt beneath anger
