The Origins of Loggers

excavations at the 2nd century villa of the quintili near Rome have uncovered evidence of a lavish winery. Researchers believe this grape may have been used to make a sweet wine known as gazza wine, but we don't really know if there's a modern equivalent. In April, researchers in Germany may have pinpointed the origins of logger. Although ale brewing has been around for millennia, logger is fermented differently and requires a different type of yeast.
