I think that I need to buy things before I need, before I can actually do it. Sometimes just waking up in the morning and literally getting out of the, out of your bed is the best that you can do that day. And doing something, even getting up and like splashing your face with cold water and brushing your teeth, that's better than like rolling out of bed and staying in your whatever. It's like just by doing little things you can help your life. Do it. Be proud of yourself for doing your best.
