How to Structure an Offer in a Competitive Market
The seller's idea is that if they present everything up front, the buyers will hopefully come in without contingencies. So it's always important to go through all of the contract with your agent the first time around at least. Once you get your offer accepted, then from there in a normal market, you might be able to do your own inspections. That's when you walk through the house, do your due diligence and the lender does their part.
