i think imost of us during the winter have a tendency to be a little bit more sedentary than usual. There's like some notable decrease in activity for most of us. You can make your metabolism, your ability to burn calories, go even lower by planting yourself in front of a screen. It has a hypnotic effect, and will actually decrease your metabolic rate even lower than what be the absolute floor. And so these were both eye-opening videos that prompted me to say, you know, it maybe we should get back into shape.
