Don't spend all day on the couch resting because whilst rest is great you need to do something that makes you feel fulfilled. So she said that you need toDo something on that day that brings you joy. That could be like spending time with friends or cooking something nice. I often like do a little bit of planting or like a new little plant. Plant some seedlings. Painting. Reading. Laundry. Something that's cognitive and something that's physical. If you do all of those things in your day, then you'll feel better. But I don't want to say you'll be happy because happiness is a construct but that really helps me.
