The Three Pillars of Detox and Nutritional Citosis

For me, it was like 13 hundred calories a day. So i had to stay in this somewhat narrow range with total calories as well as with macro nutrients. And what i found is that when you have this pillar of detoxfacation first, and then you layer on nutritional citosis,. I usually follow like 60 to 70 % of calories from fat, no more than about 21 % from saturated fat. A less than 25 net carbs per day, the remain being protein.
