In your new book, Embracing Anxiety, you write that new students usually ask me how often they should ground themselves. And the answer is most of the time, and that got my attention because I think for a lot of people right now, being really grounded is something that is requiring extra work. So there's a lot of suffering that happens with depression because people don't want to hear it or they don't know what to do or they don’t have support. Would you say that one of the goals of dynamic emotional integration work, your work, is to make all of the emotions friends become good friends? Is that fair? Yeah, my pals.
