The Death of a Pregnant Woman

Police believe that jean was killed by an illegal abortion and then died during the procedure. Jean had spoken to her friends about seeing in a doctor for an abortion, but of course, procedure at the time is very risky because it's illegal. Police are unable to find evidence sustaining this claim. But why would some one who may have accidentally killed her then disposed of her perso? That doesn't make rahy sense, right?
