The Importance of Having a British Accent
I'm somebody who has two accents. I had this accent when I moved to rural Northern Ireland in the early 1990s and was bullied mercilessly for the first couple of days at primary school. People are always telling me to put the bins out. It's quite weird. The hardest one for me to resist is Edinburgh. If it is such a beautiful little thing accent and they pronounce English much more correctly than many of the English. So like a WH words, you know, the quote. What are you doing? Which, where, who,. you know, what, which, where? Oh God, hot now.
