Fixed Income Mutual Funds Are Taking in More Money Than Ever
ETFs have taken in a decent amount of money and fixed income despite this rising rate environment. I think there's a demographic shift as well here. A lot of fixed income mutual funds were bought by boomers when they were young, their 401Ks are now 70, 80 years old. And if the Fed's aggressively hiking, if I was a boomer at that age, I might not want to wait around.
