Property rights are not a fixed unchanging feature of the world people choose how much to it to invest in defining and defending property rights based on the costs and benefits of doing so. For example a person will restrict access to resource more when it becomes cheaper to do so. A person is more likely to buy a car alarm for a new sports car than for an old pickup truck. There's going to be a lot of mentions of violence some of it might be sexual in nature you know this isn't for squeamish people because it's talking about prison gangsSo that's going to being cropping up from time to time I probably should have mentioned this at the beginning.
