The Importance of Manual Lymphatic Drainage
I think there's a little bit of misguidedness in that so for me as someone's got a major compromise lymphatic system. For example your lipadema or your i think you call it lipadema in the u.s. and the adena there is a critical component to considering how we manage that re-routed. We're always trained to keep it softer than we would with deep tissue because we're trying to impact ironically on the fascia and lymphatics if you were honest as a manual lymphatic drainage therapist you would say ha I'm actually working with those two systems which are just under the skin.
