How to Take the First Step Outside of Your Comfort Zone
Take a moment to visualize yourself standing at the edge of your comfort zone. Notice if any emotions come up, or a desire to pull away. If they do, that's okay. Don't run away from that feeling. Instead, repeat the following phrases to yourself: May I have the courage to step outside of my comfort zone. May I trust in my abilities. May I believe in myself. May I embrace the unknown with an open heart and mind.May I learn and grow from the challenges and opportunities that come our way.
