Work Life Balance Is Like a Pillar of a Successful Business
Shane was built to be an employee. I liked someone telling me what to do, but that didn't happen that way. And now I do really like it, but it is incredibly hard. It's actually made us better at our jobs. Like I think we are better, particularly on the show because we do have pretty good work life balance. But if Zara and I were working 24 seven, we'd get on that show and be exhausted. We wouldn't have anything to talk about. At the end of the day, Shane was podcast is like the heart of the company still.
