How to Be a Better Allies in the Legal Profession
Tiana's firm, Dorsey and Whitney, started a program that gives associates credit for up to 50 billable hours when they spend time working on diversity initiatives. For Tiana, this program is a step in the right direction that allows attorneys to be their whole authentic selves at work. "As a black woman, I live diversity, you know, every single day," she says.
