The Apera Guideline Change That Affected Investing
Apera released a guideline change that affected a lot of people in my community the fire community they're talking about investing. Property direct residential properties not defined as a financial product and as such you can talk about it in general term but if you start to talk about it through self-managed super funds or real estate investment trusts you are well and truly in the realm of financial advice under the Corporations Act. You need to be licensed to be able to give that advice. That's why we see so many spruickers in this space because there's big commissions to be made big kickbacks from developers that they're chasing.
