The Impact of Your Research in a Growth Context

One of the big themes we hear from researchers These days is around how to identify the impact of the work they're doing. Do you find that that's easier in a growth context or different and Maybe you could talk a little bit about some of the impact you've been able to have in your work doing growth research? Yeah, I think that Yes, I would say initially, you know, it was it was equally Hard to try to begin articulating this this impact I myself have learned quite a bit from colleagues and from conferences on this topic of articulating the impact and showing the impact But I think that those softer impacts has also become really integral in our research culture at growth.
