The Importance of Autonomy in Problem Solving

If a horse's head and neck are being constrained, then it's like a human having their hands tied behind the back. They just think about how scary that is. And for the horse's central nervous system, jumping is a high risk activity. You know, their central nervous system knows it's potentially dangerous for them to do. Having said that, like you, I agree, I see horses that do - and I see people work with the horses in a way that's phenomenal.
