The Trends in Construction Costs
Most industrial cap rates across the country have kind of tightened across the board. You can still develop to a better yield on costs than you can buy to today, but it's not that big of a difference. Big regional banks are having a hard time getting approval to get money out the door. There's a little bit of a hole in the market on certain size deals.
