The Science Budget - What Would You Focus On?

If you had control over space related funding for the next couple of decades or so, what would be your top three projects to focus on? Solar gravity lands, drilling into europeas oceans, housing humos permanently on mars, et cetera. Would love to hear your thoughts on which projects you would focus on. Hegis: I like to imagine this alternative universe where we do spend more money on science. Because it's easy. You just got to spend more money.
