Is It Impossible to Comply With Am Laws?
The laws and regulations have basically been crafted in such a way that it's very difficult to comply with. And so banks and other financial institutions just get in trouble from that point of view, even if there's not necesarily been money laundring or terrorism financing going through those accounts. Eaa quistione: The system is no longer, and it's increasingly no longer focused against crime, it's focused against banks because banks are an easier target for lazy regulators.
