Texas Instruments's Free Cash Flow Remained Very Strong in 20 19

The semi conductor industry peaked, i think, around c three or c four in 20 18. And then we entered a down cycle a in 20 19. Revenue declined nine %. Operating income declined 15%. That may sound like a severe decline, but it's really not that bad because, one, these down cycles don't last that long and two, texas rments is taking share ring these down turns. In fact, down cycles are probably the best thing that could possibly happen to texas instruments.
